They are responsible for driving sustainable growth for our portfolio clients and products. They will coordinate and manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, optimizing for product-market fit and ensuring continuous growth through data-driven decision-making and innovative marketing strategies.
Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of growth hacking and product led-growth and is passionate about helping startups achieve their full potential.

We are looking to fill roles of Product Growth Consultant across various grades (from Junior Analysts to Associate II). Our structure mimics the Big 4 model.
Job Responsibilities
Growth
- Works with cross-functional teams to validate and refine product features, user experience, and positioning based on customer feedback and data.
- Collaborate with internal, clients and stakeholders to define and execute growth strategies that align with business goals.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the product lifecycle, from ideation and validation to scaling and optimization.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and growth initiatives.
- Develop and implement data-driven customer acquisition strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, and social media campaigns.
- Optimize customer acquisition channels and product user experience to increase customer acquisition and retention rates leveraging user information and feedback.
- Oversee the scaling of successful products by identifying and leveraging key growth levers such as new market entry, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Monitor and report product performance metrics and KPIs to identify and recommend areas for improvement and optimize product performance.
Account Management
- Provides excellent customer-focused business management activities for designated customers and products.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience
Minimum 4 years’ experience in relevant roles
Required Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of growth techniques, digital marketing, and product analytics
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Proven track record of driving product growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with analytics tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development frameworks.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Business analysis and research
- Knowledge of relevant industries, regulatory requirements, and local markets
- Strategic thinking and value-driven approach to problem solving
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Regular working hours (8AM- 5PM) on business days - More hours may be required depending on business demands
