They are responsible for growing the company’s brand recognition and positioning and drive engagement through innovative design. They are responsible for ensuring a seamless user experience across the company’s touchpoints and products.

Job Responsibilities

User Experience & Interface Design
  • Developing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless navigation, usability and overall user experience.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize product concepts.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
  • Creating graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance digital content and marketing materials.
User Research & Market Analysis
  • Conduct user research to understand customer pain points, behaviors, and needs.
  • Analyze competitor products to identify design opportunities and industry trends.
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations.
Design Systems & Branding
  • Maintain and enhance the company's design system, ensuring consistency across products.
  • Maintain brand identity and messaging consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align product design with the company’s brand identity.
  • Assist in designing marketing and promotional materials as needed.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with marketing, analytics, sales, technical and delivery teams to ensure alignment of UX/UI designs with business objectives and user needs.
  • Present design ideas and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Support in creating design documentation and guidelines for development teams.
Research and Trends
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve digital strategies and user experiences.
  • Other duties as assigned in relation to achieving defined goals.

Education

First Degree in relevant field

Professional Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant role
Required Functional Skills
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, digital media specialist, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma)
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices-        Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with analytics tools to track performance metrics
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development frameworks.
  • Experience with low-code web development tools (such as Webflow, Framer) is a plus
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
